Round Table Discussion (RTD)

The Round Table Discussion (RTD) is one of the utilized methodologies in furthering public health practice in the Philippines. These are held at the different provinces to instigate discussions on the relevant public health issues both at the local and the national setting. RTDs are strategically attended by practicing public health physicians, both in the public and private sector, to consolidate all the public health efforts in the identified provinces.

Lecture Series

The Lecture Series is an avenue for a much larger community of public health physicians to discuss the pressing public health concerns. These are held at the provinces where contemporary public health issues are deemed to be most relevant. The Lecture Series is also one of the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programs of the Professional Regulation Commission and thus participant-physicians are eligible for CPD points.

For the list of the upcoming CPD programs, please see Activities.
