Quezon City, Philippines – March 12, 2025 – Under the rallying cry "Ending TB is Everyone's Responsibility," the 2nd National Tuberculosis (TB) Summit, organized by the Philippine Medical Association (PMA) in partnership with the Department of Health (DOH), the Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP), and the Philippine Coalition Against Tuberculosis (PhilCAT), convened a diverse assembly of stakeholders to reinvigorate the nation's fight against TB.

PSPHP President Dr. Michael Caampued shared Philippine HTA practices at ISHTA 2025, emphasizing the need for stronger procurement frameworks to ensure affordable healthcare.

Health experts, legislators, and advocates, including PSPHP, the Philippine Heart Association, and members of Congress, emphasized the importance of clear labels for informed consumer choices.

PSPHP will be one of the site facilitators for the 2025 run of University of Washington's Monitoring and Evaluation for Global Health Professional Course.

Meeting was attended by different influential stakeholders in health in the country.
